Certification according to Section 52 Kreislaufwirtschafts- und Abfallgesetz und Entsorgungsfachbetriebeverordnung (Circular Economy and Waste Act and Specialized Waste Management Company Regulation)
Certification as Waste Management Facility according to Section 52 KrW-/AbfG and EfbV (Circular Economy and Waste Act and Regulations and Waste Management Facilities) as well as yearly monitoring the compliance with the requirements on both organization, equipment and activity as well as on the plant operator and its employees.
Procedure:
The certification procedures comprise the following stages:
- inspection of the premises
- validation of documents
- interviews with employees
- evaluation of collected data
- making up of survey report, awarding the certificate
