via motorway:

• from eastern Berlin motorway (A10)
• leaving at Berlin-Marzahn motorway junction (26)
• heading for Berlin going past an industrial area on your right
• turning left into Mahlsdorfer Straße at the first traffic lights right after the city-limits sign of Hönow
• going along Mahlsdorfer Straße until you see the HEP (shopping centre) on your right
• first entrance door (61b Mahlsdorfer Straße)

from Berlin:

• heading along Landsberger Allee from city centre out of town
• driving on to Hönow after passing the city limits of Berlin
• in Hönow (Berliner Straße) turning right into Mahlsdorfer Straße at the first traffic lights
• going along Mahlsdorfer Straße until you see the HEP (shopping centre) on your right
• first entrance door (61b Mahlsdorfer Straße)

by public transport:

• in Berlin taking any S-Bahn line from Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) heading eastbound to Alexanderplatz Station (3 stops)
  or from Ostbahnhof Station taking S-Bahn lines S5, S7 or S75 for 4 stops until Lichtenberg Station
• changing trains at Alexanderplatz Station or at Lichtenberg Station to U-Bahn (underground) line U5 destination Hönow
• going by underground to the terminal station (Hönow)
